International cooperation
USUE Rector Yakov Silin and USUE Vice-Rector for Social Work and Youth Policy Roman Krasnov met with the Consul General of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zharas Mamutbekov and consul Zhanbolat Abu.
At the meeting, they discussed some issues of expanding cooperation between Ural State University of Economics and universities of Kazakhstan, for example, in the development of joint educational programs. The parties agreed on further collaborative engagement.
Consul General of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Zharas Mamutbekov, supported the existing projects of USUE. Today, there are agreements concluded with 19 universities in Kazakhstan, for example, regarding student exchange. Besides, for the third year in a row, two universities of Kazakhstan - L.N.Gumilyov Eurasian National University and the Almaty Technological University - are co-organizers and international platforms of the Eurasian Economic Youth Forum.
