USUE aroused incredible interest in Bishkek
The capital of Kyrgyzstan hosted the exhibition “Education in Russia 2023–2024” organized with the participation of Rossotrudnichestvo. Along with dozens of Russian universities, USUE presented its educational programs to hundreds of schoolchildren and students.
Its exhibitors were 32 universities from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Khabarovsk, Yekaterinburg, Krasnodar, Rostov-on-Don, Barnaul, Omsk, Saransk, and other cities of Russia. Ural State University of Economics was represented by Denis Mironov, Deputy Director of the USUE Institute of Economics and Finance, Ph.D. in Economics.
To receive higher education, Ph.D. degree or advanced training in Russia is very popular in Kyrgyzstan. Therefore, the exhibition was visited by hundreds of school leavers and students from Bishkek, Chüy and Issyk-Kul regions. Besides, there were presentations of Russian universities’ programs for school students in small towns: Kant, Tokmok, Kara-Balta, and Shopokov. They held consultations for all those wishing to study in Russia and their parents in Russian Houses in Bishkek and Osh. In addition, I. Razzakov Kyrgyz State Technical University hosted the 10th meeting of the Russian-Kyrgyz Consortium of Technical Universities.
“The exhibition was dynamic, there was a genuine interest of school students in all represented universities and communication there was lively, friendly, and constructive. It’s nice that today many people consciously give more thought and go for their goal. Our aim is to help in choosing the right university and educational program,” Denis Mironov, Deputy Director of the USUE Institute of Economics and Finance, said.
