NOONOMY IS THE BASIS OF FUTURE SOCIETY

Many interesting reports were delivered at the plenary session of the III international scientific and practical conference "Ural - 21^st Century: Macro-region of Neo-Industrial and Innovative Development”, which opened on October 15 at USUE. 

Sergey Bodrunov, Doctor of Economics, Professor, Director of the Institute for New Industrial Development n.a. S.Y. Witte, President of FES of Russia, a RAS expert and a USUE  honorary professor, made a presentation   “Noonomics: Conceptual Foundations of a New Development Paradigm”.
