New EEYF venue

Ural State University of Economics continues to strengthen its international ties. The University of Sri Jayewardenepura (USJ) highly praised the Eurasian Economic Youth Forum, organized annually by USUE, and officially confirmed its participation in the 16th EEYF as a co-host and co-organizer.

USJ Vice Chancellor Pathmalal M Manage personally confirmed this intention: “I am pleased to officially confirm that we accept your invitation and have the honor of serving as a venue and co-organizer of the forum in April 2026.”

This decision was a logical development following two years of successful collaboration between the universities. Together with Ural State University of Economics, the University of Sri Jayewardenepura has been actively involved in organizing the EEYF in Sri Lanka for the past two years, serving as a key local partner.

A new status of Sri Lanka's leading university marks an important stage in the organization and conduct of the 16th EEYF, expanding its geographic reach and strengthening dialogue between young people from Eurasia and the Indian Ocean region. This partnership unlocs additional opportunities for academic exchange, joint research, and the implementation of youth-driven projects in economy and sustainable development.
