A new foreign partner of USUE

During five years, Ural State University of Economics will cooperate with Talas State University of the Kyrgyz Republic. USUE Rector Yakov Silin and TalSU Rector Aibek Upenov signed the cooperation agreement at an online meeting.

“With the participation of teachers and students of Talas State University, a large-scale event was organized - the 1st Eurasian Economic Forum in Bishkek. As part of it, the Council of Rectors of the Kyrgyz Republic and Russia was held in Yekaterinburg. Today’s signing of the cooperation agreement is an important step confirming the readiness for joint educational and research projects,” USUE Rector Yakov Silin opened the online conference.

The other attendees of the videoconference from USUE were Vice-Rector for Social Work and Youth Policy Roman Krasnov, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Teaching Methods and Quality of Training Dmitry Karkh, Vice-Rector for Additional Education and Career Guidance Elena Knyazeva, and Director of the Institute of Continuing and Distance Education Ekaterina Yalunina.

The agreement says that the universities will develop and implement joint educational programs for five years. USUE students will have the opportunity to study at TalSU and vice versa - students of the Kyrgyz University will study at our university. The partner universities will exchange teachers to improve their skills, conduct joint research, and carry out innovative activities.

During five years, Ural State University of Economics will cooperate with Talas State University of the Kyrgyz Republic.
