FROM BUSINESS BATTLE OF YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS TO THE YEAR OF CREATIVE ECONOMY

The business battle between young entrepreneurs of Russia and China, which takes place in Yekaterinburg from October 26 to October 29, began at Ural State University of Economics with a business meeting between the USUE rector Yakov Silin and the head of the International Activity Department at the Russian Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh) Tatyana Seliverstova.

During the friendly meeting, Yakov Silin and Tatyana Seliverstova discussed the possibilities for further consistent cooperation, as well as some initiatives that could be implemented in 2021, declared as the International Year of Creative Economy by the United Nations Organization.

Meeting with journalists, Yakov Silin noted that the main mission of the business battle for young entrepreneurs, which started at USUE, was to promote relations between the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China through economic, political, and social interests. “If the youth of the two countries unite, the interests of both sides will be realized,” he said.

It is worth reminding that the organizer of the business battle between young entrepreneurs of Russia and China is the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh), which has extensive experience and authority. It is the third time that USUE hosts the business battle. “Young people and experts of the two countries are gathering to formulate today's prospects and directions for cooperation. It is important not only to import products from China. It is important that Russian products, Russian goods, and services are accepted by Chinese consumers, and the more, the better. Russia and Yekaterinburg have a lot to offer,” Yakov Silin says.

Participating in forums, young entrepreneurs from different countries find there a lot in common. No doubt, the business battle of the youth of the two countries will be successful. The experience of previous years does show this.
