In accordance with the letter of the Federal service for supervision of consumer protection and human welfare (ROSPOTREBNADZOR) no. 02/17561-2020-32 from 25.08.2020, persons entering for education in Russian educational institutions of higher education (from 01.09.2020) and persons entering the Russian Federation for continuing higher education (from 15.10.2020) for a period of at least three months must have a medical document (in Russian and English) confirming a negative result of the COVID-19 PCR test, received at least 3 days before arrival in the Russian Federation.
