In accordance with the letter of the Federal service for supervision of consumer protection and human welfare (ROSPOTREBNADZOR) no. 02/17561-2020-32 from 25.08.2020, persons entering for education in Russian educational institutions of higher education (from 01.09.2020) and persons entering the Russian Federation for continuing higher education (from 15.10.2020) for a period of at least three months must have a medical document (in Russian and English) confirming a negative result of the COVID-19 PCR test, received at least 3 days before arrival in the Russian Federation.

From the date of entry into the Russian Federation, foreign students must observe 14-day isolation, with a PCR examination for COVID-19 on the 10th - 12th day.

After receiving a medical document confirming a negative result of a PCR test for COVID-19, students will be accommodated in dormitories and allowed to participate in the educational process.

Foreign citizens must immediately register at their place of residence. If you are in isolation, you can conduct distance learning.
