VACCINATION AGAINST UNEMPLOYMENT IS EFFECTIVE!
The Office of Interaction with Employers and People Development under the USUE Human Resources Department and the Yekaterinburg Employment Center hold a preventive job fair Vaccination against Unemployment for third- and fourth-year students.
The vocational guidance fair of vacancies Vaccination against Unemployment is held at USUE in two stages. On March 2, the Yekaterinburg Employment Center, as a partner-employer, meets with students of the Institute of Finance and Law and Institute of Management and Information Technologies. On March 4, students from the Institute of Trade, Food Technologies and Service and the Institute of Economics will participate in a similar event.
The program of the job fair contains many interesting and useful events, aimed at acquiring both new knowledge and prospects for future employment. After all, this question will be relevant for fourth-year students this summer, immediately after they receive coveted bachelor's degrees.
Elena Ovsyannikova noted that the Office of Interaction with Employers and People Development was monitoring the graduates' employment history for three years. Thus, it is known that 80% of those who received USUE diplomas pursue the job they were trained for.
Employers interested in USUE graduates always take part in the job fair. On March 2, officials of SKB Kontur, Ural Plant of Rubber Technical Products, MTS, AG Capital, SKB Bank, Alfa-Bank, and VTB came to the University.
The head of the vocational guidance department under the Yekaterinburg Employment Center, Yevgenia Malykh explained that the vocational guidance fair Vaccination against Unemployment has a preventive purpose not to leave a graduate one-on-one with the problem of employment just after his/her graduation.
