RUSLAN DOLZHENKO – DIRECTOR OF URAL INSTITUTE OF RANEPA

Doctor Ruslan Dolzhenko, Deputy Vice-Rector for Research, chair of the USUE Department of Labor Economics and HR Management, accepts congratulations from the University staff on his appointment as director of the Ural Institute of Management of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (UIM RANEPA).

We congratulate our colleague on a high position and wish him professional success in training skilled specialists for Ural and Russia.
USUE is proud of its pleiad of strong managers and progressive leaders. Ruslan Dolzhenko has rich experience of teaching, scientific, and administrative activities, working for a number of Russian universities: Altai State University, Higher School of Economics, Technical University of UMMC as well as research and consulting activities in the field of personnel management at the largest commercial banks in Russia (Sberbank, VTB).

Time and again, he won grants of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and Russian Foundation for Basic Research to support research and development in the field of personnel management, labor motivation, and labor market. In the scientific community, Ruslan Dolzhenko is known as the author of more than 200 scientific papers published in Russian and foreign journals.

USUE rector Yakov Silin thanked Ruslan Dolzhenko for his fruitful work: “The Ural Institute of Management has successfully proved itself at all stages of modernization of economy and education of our country, for many years it plays a prominent role in the field of training professional staff to ensure competitiveness in the labor market. I am convinced that your experience, high professionalism, and initiative will strengthen the long-standing traditions of the Institute and will give a fresh impetus to the development of the Ural Institute of Management”.
