Kyrgyz Economic University named after M. Ryskulbekov will once again become an international platform for the Eurasian Economic Youth Forum in Kyrgyzstan.
Ural State University of Economics and KEU have been partners for years, working on projects in education, research, and international cooperation. The Kyrgyz university has become one of the closest partners of USUE not only in Kyrgyzstan but also in the entire Central Asian region. The universities of the two countries are brought together by a common economic area. And during his last visit to KEU, rector Yakov Silin was awarded the title of honorary professor of Kyrgyz Economic University.
Both in 2022 and 2023, KEU was an international platform for the Eurasian Economic Youth Forum.
In 2022, 7 competitions were held at KEU, in which about 200 students and young scientists from over ten higher educational institutions in Kyrgyzstan took part.
In 2023, at the XIII EEYF, a 3rd year student of KEU, Aiganysh Barakova, became a leader in the “Food Security” research competition. A student Begimai Abdyldaeva won the international competition of youth business projects “Business Eurasia”, and a 3rd year student majoring in Restaurant Business and Service, Ilya Kislov, received the highest score in the competition of research works of young scientists and students “Future’s Quality: The New Reality of Sustainable Development”.
The XIV Eurasian Economic Youth Forum will be held at USUE from April 22 to April 26, 2024.
The Eurasian Economic Youth Forum supports young people in unlocking their creativity and advancing in science, projects, and entrepreneurship.
The international youth movement Eurasian Economic Youth Forum (EEYF) is Eurasian in spirit, but global in geography, an initiative association of intellectual youth from different countries under the auspices of the Eurasian Economic Club of Scientists, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs of the Russian Federation - Rosmolodezh, Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad, and International Humanitarian Cooperation (Rossotrudnichestvo), and the Government of the Sverdlovsk region.
