Terms and conditions of USUE dormitories accommodation

The dormitories are located on Umeltsev Street, 13 A, Umeltsev Street, 13 B, and Yasnaya Street, 1/3. Accommodation is granted to full-time students.

Schedule of students settling in:

Stage 1: from 16 to 20 August

(a week for senior students settling in)

16.08 - Institute of Economics;

17.08 - Institute of Management and Information Technologies;

18.08 - Institute of Finance and Law;

19.08 - Institute of Trade, Food Technologies, and Services;

20.08 - USUE College, Institute of Continuing and Distance Education, Master Studies Institute, Postgraduate School + extra day.

Stage 2: from 23 to 27 August

(A week for first-year students settling in)

23.08 - Institute of Economics;

08.24 - Institute of Trade, Food Technologies, and Services;

08.25 - Institute of Finance and Law;

26.08 - Institute of Management and Information Technologies;

27.08 - USUE College, Institute of Continuing and Distance Education, Master Studies Institute, Postgraduate School + extra day.

Check-in time 9:00 - 16:00

The check-in procedure takes place at the USUE second academic building, second floor, office 215 at ul.8 Marta, 62 / Narodnaya Volya, 45, entrance from Narodnaya Volya street.

To check-in you must have with you:

Passport (original + 1 copy (1st page + page with registration);

Vaccination Certificate (original + copy);

Form 086 certificate with fluorography;

8 photos (3x4);

OMI certificate (original + copy);

Documents confirming a benefit (for free accommodation);

Payment slip;

Payment shall be made on the day of settling in after room assignment.

For boys, the military service registration certificate or military ID (original+ copy).

Due to the unstable epidemiological situation, students with the following documents will be settled in the first turn:

A certificate confirming vaccination against COVID-19 (issued on the Portal of Government Services );

Documents regulated by Rospotrebnadzor confirming a negative result of the laboratory examination on coronavirus infection (for foreign citizens who arrived from abroad);

A medical contraindication to vaccination (if any).

YOU MUST HAVE PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (FACE MASKS). ACCOMMODATION WILL BE CARRIED OUT IN GROUPS OF 10 PERSONS WITH OBSERVANCE OF THE REQUIRED DISTANCE. THEREFORE, YOU ARE STRONGLY REQUESTED: ONLY ONE STUDENT TO BE PRESENT (WITHOUT ATTENDANTS); THE ATTENDANTS WILL BE ADMITTED TO THE BUILDING ONLY IF A STUDENT IS PHYSICALLY DISABLED.
