Strategic development of universities

USUE rector, Yakov Silin, vice-rector for research, Viktor Kovalev and head of the Financial and Economic Department of Ural State University of Economics, Igor Lyzhin, are taking part in the meeting with heads of universities from the Ural and Volga Federal Districts.

At the seminar-meeting, the heads of universities share their experience in implementing development programs and discuss financial opportunities for implementing projects.

The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation holds the seminar-meeting “Strategic Development of Universities: Transformation of Financial Model” on October 24-25. Its attendees are representatives of 112 universities.
