USUE STUDENTS VISITED UMMC HOLDING
Students of the USUE Institute of Continuing Education visited a number of organizations of UMMC-Holding.
The event was held under the guidance of the senior teacher of the Department of Labor Economics and HR Management Dmitry Malyshev within the discipline "Personnel Policy and Personnel Planning".
After a public lecture, the students could see an example of corporate education at the UMMC Technical University, visit unique museums of military and automotive vehicles. Such classes demonstrate the best examples of professional education when it is implemented at the intersection of university and business. In the format of questions and answers, the teacher described how the implemented company's personnel policy extends throughout the entire territory of UMMC's business presence.
Such visits to large industrial companies have long been a common practice for the teaching staff of the Department of Labor Economics and HR Management, however, this time, they were brought to a qualitatively new level.
