13 post-graduate students, master’s students, graduates and teachers of the Department of Labor Economics and Human Resources Management of Ural State University of Economics entered the TOP-50 HR-specialists of the Ural Federal District.
“To occupy a leading position in such ratings is possible due to a powerful base of professional skills that can be gained by studying at our university,” said Svetlana Dolzhenko, head of the USUE Department of Labor Economics and Human Resources Management. “In particular, the Department of Labor Economics and Human Resources Management has been implementing the applied master’s program “Economics of Human Resources (HR-Business Partner)” for several years. The goal is to form a pool of modern and in-demand HR managers who can speak the same language with business, think consistently with an understanding of the business goals of companies.”

Besides, the TOP-50 HR-specialists included eight post-graduate students, master’s students and graduates of the USUE applied master’s program “Economics of Human Resources (HR-Business Partner)”:
The TOP-50 HR independent rating was compiled at the first Russian URAL HR-FORUM. Its official partner was Ural State University of Economics. Svetlana Dolzhenko, Head of the USUE Department of Labor Economics and Human Resources Management, moderated the panel discussion “How HR Processes Affect Business Results”. Over 1,500 HR professionals discussed the role of an HR business partner in business. Today, HR professionals are incredibly important: the efficiency of the employees’ work and hence the level of income of an enterprise depends on them.
The independent rating TOP-50 HR was composed on the initiative of the Ural Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Sverdlovsk Regional Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs and the Be Brand Advent communication agency.
