The textbook The Budgetary System of the Russian Federation prepared by a team of authors from the USUE Department of Finance, Monetary Circulation, and Credit, edited by Natalya Aleksandrovna Istomina, Doctor of Economics, associate professor, and Yulia Sergeevna Dolganova, Ph.D. in Economics, associate professor, has entered the top 50 regional publications according to the results of the competition "Best Books of the Year - 2019": TOP 50 BEST BOOKS OF REGIONAL PUBLISHERS held by the Association of Book Publishers of Russia in 2020.
Inclusion in this shortlist is a high-quality mark of educational publications of the USUE Department of Finance, Monetary Circulation and Credit, which are annually published in the Modern Finance and Banking series. For the second year in a row, the teachers of the department are actively preparing educational publications for top-requested disciplines of bachelor's and master's degree programs within this series (with the support of the Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company).
