EDUCATIONAL PROCESS AT USUE UNDER THE PANDEMIC

The COVID-19 pandemic has made changes in the organization of the educational process at the USUE institutes and College. Measures to ensure sanitary and epidemiological well-being in connection with the spread of new coronavirus infection in student groups are taken following the directives of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and the methodological recommendations of Rospotrebnadzor.

In December 2020, based on federal regulations, the USUE rector issued the order "On Ensuring Safe Conditions for Organizing the Educational Process". The order approved the operating mode and the procedure for organizing training sessions and practices for all forms and levels of education in a mixed format: in-person learning - in the University building and the use of distance learning technologies and e-learning - outside the University building (DOT).

The procedure for organizing educational activities at USUE for all educational programs, levels, and forms of education is set from January 11 to March 20, 2021. From March 20, it is planned to fully enter in-person learning.

The breaks in the schedule of training sessions and practices were selected in such a way as to minimize the contacts of study groups.

With the transition to a mixed format, including distance learning, the academic load, curriculum, and total course hours at USUE do not change. Besides, it should be emphasized that the University does not consider the transition to full distance learning and, accordingly, does not plan it. And we would like to stress that from March 20, the University is preparing for a full return to in-person learning.
