USUE AND SHENGLI INSTITUTE DISCUSSED THE OPENING OF A RUSSIAN LANGUAGE CENTER IN CHINA

Ural State University of Economics held talks with representatives of China's Shengli Institute. USUE was represented at the meeting by Roman Krasnov, Vice Rector for Social Work and Youth Policy, and Oksana Bazhenova, Head of the International Cooperation Department.

The Shengli Institute delegation was led by Rector Zhang Yuren. Also included were Vice Rector Yang Feng, Chairman of the International Department Wang Jianguo, and Director of the International Department Zhang Jianmin.

The main topic of discussion was strengthening and expanding bilateral cooperation. During a productive dialogue, the parties discussed in detail the project to open a Russian Language Center in China at the Shengli Institute, which will promote the Russian language and culture.

Both sides unanimously emphasized their mutual interest and the importance of further integration in education and science. Following the meeting, they expressed their commitment to working promptly and collaboratively to quickly implement their plans.
