USUE and OshTU have signed a cooperation agreement

USUE rector Yakov Silin and acting OshTU rector Murzabek Sagynaliev signed an agreement on cooperation between Ural State University of Economics and Osh Technological University.

During a business conversation, the leaders discussed double degree programs, the development of academic mobility for teachers and students, and the organization of summer schools.

Interaction between USUE and OshTU has been actively developing already for many years. Every year, Osh Technological University takes part in the Eurasian Economic Youth Forum held at USUE. OshTU faculty members come to scientific conferences at Ural State University of Economics.

At the end of 2021, a presentation of USUE bachelor’s, master’s and postgraduate programs was held at OshTU. Thus, the youth of Osh were among the first to learn about the nuances of entering Ural State University of Economics. Such events contribute to the development of academic mobility.

May 27 2022, USUE rector Yakov Silin met not only with representatives of Osh Technological University but also with those from Osh State University and Osh State Law Institute. The rectors of these universities have expressed their willingness to cooperate with USUE.

The agreement will allow students to study at two universities at once.
