USUE found new partners

As part of the Second Forum of Russia-Kyrgyzstan University Rectors, cooperation agreements were signed between Ural State University of Economics and Kyrgyz universities.

USUE rector Yakov Silin and BatSU rector Aidarbek Giyazov signed the cooperation agreement with Batken State University (Batken).

On the part of Osh State University (Osh), its rector, Kudayberdi Kozhobekov, signed the agreement with USUE.

The cooperation agreement between USUE and Issyk-Kul State University named after K. Tynystanov was signed by USUE rector Yakov Silin and IKSU rector Askarbek Imanbaev.

The universities are planning joint development and implementation of educational and scientific programs. The agreement allows for increasing the academic mobility of students, postgraduates, and teachers for training, advanced training and improvement of scientific and educational activities. Besides, the plans provide for joint fundamental and applied scientific research in education, innovation, holding international educational, research, scientific and technical congresses, symposiums, conferences, and workshops, as well as the exchange of academic books on a bilateral and multilateral basis.

The cooperation between USUE and the universities of Kyrgyzstan is flourishing: last year alone, several cooperation agreements have been signed and advanced training programs for teachers have been implemented. The rectors of several Kyrgyz universities took an active part in the events of the XII Eurasian Economic Youth Forum. Students from Kyrgyzstan study at USUE. Russia’s withdrawal from the Bologna process, initiated by the Government of the Russian Federation, did not really affect the joint plans of the partner countries one way or the other.

USUE rector Yakov Silin signed three cooperation agreements with Kyrgyz universities.
