Mentoring Laboratories
The press center of TASS (Yekaterinburg) will host a press conference dedicated to the establishment of a Mentoring Laboratory, a scientific and practical platform for working with talented children and enterprises of the region.
The Mentoring Laboratory is a network project of the Ural educational center "Golden Section” established by Ural State University of Economics and Ural State Pedagogical University as a fund for the support of talented children and youth.
Elena Korotkova, director of the Ural educational center "Golden Section", Yakov Silin, Rector of Ural State University of Economics, and Alevtina Simonova, Rector of the Ural State Pedagogical University, will discuss mentoring strategies in accordance with industry practices and the tasks of enterprise development as well as methods of cooperation in training mentors. They will also share information on the preparation of integrated training programs for mentors in accordance with the goals of the regional development.
At the press conference, a trilateral agreement on networking cooperation in establishing a Mentoring Laboratory will be signed between the Youth Policy Department of the Sverdlovsk region, the Ural Educational Center "Golden Section", Ural State University of Economics and the Ural State Pedagogical University.
