AT USUE THEY DISCUSSED NEW RESEARCH TECHNOLOGIES FOR FOOD INDUSTRY 

February 28, a roundtable on the theory and practice of applying new technologies for laboratory research of food products, feedstuff and raw materials for their production was held at Ural State University of Economics. USUE hosted the annual scientific event organized by the staff of the Unified Laboratory Complex for the third time.


 


The roundtable was attended by scientists, teachers, researchers, and representatives of business and farms of Yekaterinburg and Sverdlovsk region, as well as specialists from Syria, Jordan, Austria, and France, who presented their reports on developments in the field of biotechnology.


 Among the participants, there were many representatives of food industry enterprises whose products had been successfully tested at the USUE Unified Laboratory Complex (ULC). The guests could taste the sausages of OOO "Urallider" and assess their quality and taste. 


  


Ural State University of Economics is interested in the development of biotechnology. Its Unified Laboratory Complex has created all the conditions for research and interaction with enterprises and educational organizations in this field. The participants in the roundtable could check this out for themselves: at the end of the event, they went on an excursion to the USUE Laboratory Complex.
