WHERE THERE IS A SOUND BODY THERE MUST BE A SOUND MIND

Being self-isolated, it is easy to yield to temptation and spend days lying on the sofa taking walks only to the refrigerator. It has long been proven that physical exercises have a positive effect on mental abilities: the better the physical shape is, the easier it is to overcome intellectual stress; concentration increases and even the convolutions of the brain become deeper!

The inaccessibility of gyms is not a reason to forget about health and good physical shape!  


Today, there was the first online training. Classes will be held every morning at 9:00.   
The instructors of the USUE fitness club "Eurasia" have prepared a cycle of classes for home training in various programs: for losing weight, strengthening muscles, developing endurance and flexibility. Pieces of training will consist of simple and understandable exercises that are suitable for both beginners and experienced fitness enthusiasts. No special equipment will be needed to do these exercises but only comfortable clothes and your enthusiasm!    

Types of training for a week:
1. Strength building: legs, chest, and arms.

2. Yoga + stretch
3. Strength building: shoulders, back.
4. Dance
5. Strength building: abs, stabilizers, legs.

Videos are free and available to everyone from April 20 on USUE official website, on USUE YouTube and in social networks’ groups of the University. Monitor new video classes and do exercises for good of your body and brain!
