USUE Vice-Rector for Social Work and Youth Policy, Roman Krasnov, during an ongoing working visit to Sri Lanka, met with the representative of Rossotrudnichestvo in the island state, Maria Popova.

 

Today, the Russian House in Sri Lanka is promoting the Russian language in tourist centers. And Ural State University of Economics, which has vast experience in international cooperation, can offer active support to this initiative.

Earlier, Rossotrudnichestvo helped open a Russian Language Center in the seaport city of Galle. Local police officers are being trained here, as well as professional guides working with tourists from Russia.​
