PLAY SPORTS AND TRAVEL IN VIRTUAL REALITY WITH EURASIA FITNESS CLUB

After reconstruction, the Eurasia fitness club of Ural State University of Economics opened a gym, where new areas of group fitness are accompanied by a virtual journey. One of the first to appreciate this know-how was USUE rector Yakov Silin. 
 
 Like in a cinema, the chamberlike gym is equipped with a modern stereo system and a large screen on which the programs of group and individual pieces of training in various areas of Les Mills Virtual fitness are broadcast. The Eurasia fitness club is one of the first in Yekaterinburg to use virtual fitness technologies.
 As of today, there are 7 virtual pieces of training in the Eurasia club. Eva Z. has managed to test one of them, “The Trip.” The girl has been doing fitness all her life, but, during the training, she had never traveled on a bicycle along a fabulous track similar to the coast of an Italian town. 
 
The Eurasia fitness club has been cooperating with instructors of an international company, Les Mills, for over a year on the following programs: BODYPUMP, BODYBALANCE, BODYCOMBAT, SH'BAM, CXWORX, LES MILLS GRIT, and LES MILLS BARRE. Now, the muscle loading is added with pleasant sensations.
