«Golden Angel» works at USUE

Marina Dudova, a teaching assistant at the USUE Department of Labor Economics and HR Management, has won the Personnel Management nomination of the Woman of the Year annual award of the Sverdlovsk region. She was awarded the Golden Angel.

Marina Dudova entered the TOP-50 HR — 2022 rating of the Greater Urals, took first place in the Service and Service Trades nomination of the Woman of the Year 2020 award and became the winner of the HR Galaxy Awards.

Irina Nazarenko and Irina Dmitrieva, lecturers of the USUE Department of Labor Economics and HR Management, and Elena Golovinskaya, a student of the USUE Department of Labor Economics and HR Management, also made it to the final in the Personnel Management nomination.

The Personnel Management nomination was established in 2020 at the initiative of Svetlana Dolzhenko, head of the USUE Department of Labor Economics and HR Management: “When I took part in this award, I suggested the organizers a new nomination. There are millions of beautiful and smart girls across the country working in our area, and it is very important to tell the professional community about them. I am very glad that this year, teachers, students and postgraduate students of our department are among the finalists of the nomination!”
