11 sites of the Eurasian Economic Youth Forum held a joint ceremony of awarding the winners of the EEYF competitions. More than 40 winners of national rounds of competitions were awarded at USUE.
Together with Ural State University of Economics, the winners of the XIII EEYF were honored by the universities-venues in Kaliningrad, St. Petersburg, Minsk, Baku, Tashkent, Astana, Alma-Ata, Dushanbe, Bishkek, Osh, and Vladivostok. The award ceremony was opened by the chairman of the organizing committee of the forum, USUE rector Yakov Silin.
“I sincerely thank everyone who rescued to present their views and ideas. Every time a person exposes his vision to the general court, he takes risks, but in the end, he wins, becomes stronger and continues to move forward,” Yakov Silin said. “I would like to particularly thank our experts. Their work is especially valuable, they cannot be mistaken.”
The winners of the XIII EEYF were decided by over 700 Russian and foreign experts. They have reviewed over 10,000 applications. Today, the winners received well-deserved awards: certificates and badges of honor "Star of Eurasia".
From the Republic of Azerbaijan, the winners of the EEYF were Karina Eyvazova – 2nd place in the international final of the competition for research works of young scientists and students "Competitiveness of Territories" in the area "Microeconomics," Imran Samir oglu Keberlinsky – 2nd place in the area "Mesoeconomics", Vadim Meshcheryakov – 3rd place in the area "Macroeconomics", Diana Alibekova - 1st place in the challenge in the style of Tik-Tok "Hero of Our Time".
The winner from the Republic of Belarus was a student of the Belarusian State Economic University Aleksei Shirkin, who took the 3rd place in the international finals of the research contest “Future’s Quality: The New Reality of Sustainable Development”.

Anastasia Chistyakova was awarded a certificate for the 1st place in the regional round of the international youth competition for startups in the tourism and hospitality industry “ProTourism-2023”. Anna Morozova received a certificate for the 1st place in the regional round of the challenge in the style of Tik-Tok " Hero of Our Time." A certificate for the 1st place in the regional round of the international competition for educational institutions of secondary vocational education "ProfKOD: Professional Competences, Responsibility, Achievements" was awarded to Olga Shapovalova.
Among students from the Far East, Darya Populova was awarded a certificate for the 1st place in the regional tour and a diploma for the 2nd place in the international competition for research works of young scientists and students "Competitiveness of Territories".
A certificate for the 1st place in the regional round and a diploma for the 1st place in the international competition for applied projects of young scientists and specialists “City: Open the Future” was awarded to a team of students from Vladivostok State University consisting of Darya Kononova, Darya Soykina and Anastasia Tyukavkina.
A certificate for the 1st place in the regional round of the international competition of scientific projects "Accounting and Analytical Support of Entrepreneurial Activity in Russia, Countries of the Near and Far Abroad" was awarded to Roman Butynets, and for the 1st place in the regional round of the international competition of applied projects of young scientists and students "Applied IT- solutions in Science, Business and Government” — to Ekaterina Timokhina.
1st place in the regional round of the international research competition for young scientists and students " Future’s Quality: The New Reality of Sustainable Development" was taken by Dana Makarova, and 1st place in the regional round of the international research competition for young scientists and students "Logistics and Commercial Challenges in the Context for Creating a Multipolar Reality” — by Yevgeny Veselov.
Yerbolat Komekbaev was awarded a certificate for the 1st place in the regional round of the international essay competition for young scientists and students “Modern Trends in the Economic Development of the World” among students from the city of Astana. Anastasia Zalyubovskaya received the third-class diploma of the International Final of the competition.
Aidar Abdrashev was awarded a certificate for the 1st place in the national tour and a diploma for the 1st place in the International Final of the competition for research works of young scientists and students "Competitiveness of Territories", the area "Microeconomics", a diploma for the 1st place in the national tour of the International contest of research works of young scientists and students "Corporate governance and investment in the global economy" - Baksultan Kusainov.
A certificate for the 1st place in the national round of the Olympiad "The use of IFRS in National Accounting Regulation" was awarded to a team of 3 persons - Elizaveta Safronova, Diana Tolenova, and Anora Aulbekova .
Sania Sadvakasova received a certificate for the 1st place in the national round of the international youth competition for startups in the tourism and hospitality industry "ProTourism-2023" in the area "Tourism" .
Begimai Abdyldaeva was awarded with a certificate for the 1st place in the national tour and a diploma for the 2nd place in the International Final of the youth business projects competition “Business Eurasia.”
A certificate for the 1st place in the national round of the International Research Competition "Food Security" was awarded to Aiganysh Barakova. Alina Tigai and Mayram Sadykova received diplomas for the 2nd place in the International Final of the “Pro Tourism 2023” startup competition in the tourism and hospitality industry in the area “Tourism.”
The city of Osh (Kyrgyzstan) in the finals of the XIII EEYF was represented by a team consisting of Aigerim Sagyndykova and Madina Medetbekova. The girls took 1st place in the national round of the International Olympiad "Use of IFRS in National Accounting Regulation."
Ozlema Umetaliyeva received a certificate for the 2nd place in the national round of the Olympiad .
From the northern capital of Russia - St. Petersburg – the winner was Angelina Afanasyeva. She received a cerificate for the 1st place in the regional round of the international competition for youth business projects "Business Eurasia" . She presented to the experts the project Student Start, which should help university graduates find a job and join the professional environment.
Among the participants from Azerbaijan, Snezhalana Okilova was awarded a diploma for the 1st place in the national round of and Specialists the international competition for applied projects of young scientists “City: Open the Future.” Shokhkarim Shabonov received a certificate for the 1st place in the national round of the international competition of research works “Economic Security through the Eyes of Young People: World’s and Russia’s Experience," Muhammadjon Ibragimov was awarded a certificate for the 1st place in the national round of the International competition of research works "Law and Business: Evolution and Innovation".
A certificate for the 1st place in the national round and a diploma for the 2nd place in the International Final of the contest “Ways to Protect the Rights and Freedoms of Man and Citizen” was awarded to Umed Uktam Murodzoda, a certificate for winning the national round of the Tik-Tok style challenge “Hero of Our Time” – to Aziza Mamajanova .
Asad Khaydarov, Doston Ashurov, Sanjar Alisher ugli Tukhtabaev and Jahongir Islomov from Uzbekistan received certificates for 1st placed: they won the national rounds of the “Corporate Governance and Investments in the Global Economy”, “Financial Constructor”, “Law and Business: Evolution and Innovation” and “Innovative Eurasia” contests, respectively.
Within the XIII Eurasian Economic Youth Forum, 45 competitions were held, which collected over 8,000 applications. In total, the forum events were attended by guests, experts and delegates from 79 regions of the Russian Federation and 108 foreign countries located on four continents, which made the XIII EEYF the largest in the history of the forum.
