Among the top 10 were the rooms of students who came from the Comoro Islands, China, Peru, and some African countries: Morocco, Nigeria, Sudan, Guinea, Egypt, Tunisia, and the Gambia.

On October 21-22, USUE hosted the III Ural Economic Forum. At its plenary session, the participants were addressed by the director of the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship, Vice-President of Steinbeis University Berlin, Professor Werner G. Faix. 

Representatives of the scientific community, leading Russian and foreign experts in the field of economics and entrepreneurship, as well as representatives of government authorities spoke at the plenary session of the forum "Ural - the driver of neo-industrial and innovative development of Russia".

The gun shooting competitions were held in the renewed USUE shooting range.

At the III Ural Economic Forum held at USUE, there was delivered a public lecture "Noonomics: the Essence and Mechanism of Transition."

The program of the III Ural Economic Forum "The Urals - a Driver of Neo-industrial and Innovative Development of Russia" with the key topic "Challenges of Digitalization and Resources for Growth" began with scientific sessions with the involvement of partners from Russian universities and industrial enterprises and experts from abroad and CIS countries.

The III Ural Economic Forum continued with the session "Social and Economic Policy and Management Technologies in the Era of Digital Economy" moderated by Alexander Kokovikhin, director of the USUE  Institute of Digital Management Technologies and Information Security.  

In 2022, the list of permanent partners of the Eurasian Economic Youth Forum may be supplemented by the Eurasian Creative Guild (ECG), a British non-profit organization that unites creative people from all over Eurasia since 2015.

Andrey Filatov, General Manager, SAP, Russia and CIS, delivered a public lecture "Digital Transformation and Sustainable Development" for students of the USUE Institute of Digital Management Technologies and Information Security.   

As a result of a tense struggle, a USUE student reached the 7th round of the superfinal of the 71st Russian Women's Chess Championship, which takes place in Ufa from 8 to 21 October.

On October 12, about 3,000 schoolchildren, students, teachers, and the employees of Sverdlovsk region enterprises took part in the all-Russian Economic Dictation.

An annual research and methodological conference, "Development of Education in the Context of Digitalization and Internationalization," has started at Ural State University of Economics.

From yesterday morning until the very evening, the participants of the Urban Festival took measurements, sawed out, and planed in the courtyard of the University to present ready-made objets d’art today.

To develop international partnerships, the Vice-Rector for Social Work of Ural State University of Economics, Roman Krasnov, held an online meeting with representatives of one of the leading universities in Hungary, Kodolanyi Janos University of Applied Sciences.

Last weekend, at the Sverdlovsky training ground, Race of Heroes, a mass military sports game, took place. The project, which originated in 2013 and annually brought together thousands of participants from different cities of Russia, was held on tracks of various lengths over rough terrain with obstacles. Unafraid of torrid weather, the students of Ural State University of Economics for the first time joined the national race.

The dormitories are located on Umeltsev Street, 13 A, Umeltsev Street, 13 B, and Yasnaya Street, 1/3. Accommodation is granted to full-time students.

One can submit documents to the USUE Masters full-time study-for-fee until August 24. Those who wish to enter an intra-extramural or extramural form of study can submit documents until October 22.

USUE hosted the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between Ural State University of Economics and Leibniz Institute of Agricultural Development in Transition Economies (IAMO) to join efforts in the development and implementation of educational projects, academic mobility programs for teaching staff and students, as well as the development of other areas of cooperation.
